What is the Xtra mile?
A fabulous team of volunteers have developed a programme of events and support for the club. The Xtra Mile programme goes the ‘xtra mile’ to help bring everyone together - fast and slow, injured or lapsed and those wanting to improve their fitness.

what does the programme include?
Starting from January 2023 we are running:
monthly expert talks on Monday nights
regular Couch25K courses
a weekly Tuesday drop in event on club night at the Bowling Green for those who are injured or not running and want to socialise
