Weekend round up
- most of us enjoyed the extra hour in bed before club run
- Tom Charles took gold with a course record at Macc Half with some other top performances for the club

Wow! Thanks everyone for joining us for the @mcr24hourrun cake slay 💅💥 and quiz yesterday evening. We raised over £300 for the A Bed Every Night.

Congratulations to all of the CRs taking part in the Yorkshire Marathon and 10 mile. Tough conditions put there but some fabulous PBs and results.

A very damp club run this morning 🌧️

As the pleasant, low hum of nettle and thistle rash fades, and the steep sided hill DOMS takes over, Chorlton’s Black Sheep should feel quietly pleased with another good showing in the British fell relays.
