Rosemary Mallace - Lead Welfare Officer (Tenure 24/26)
Rosemary is responsible for the welfare and safety of all members of the club and handles complaints and safeguarding concerns. Job Description

Andrew Carlson - Communications Co-ordinator (Tenure 23/25)
Andrew manages the communication of the club via the website, and social media channels.

Frankie Bale - Fixtures Secretary (Tenure 23/25)
Frankie arranges and publicises the events that the club will be entering or subsidising, and organises the Chorlton Challenge.

Mike Peter - Membership Secretary (Tenure 24/26)
Mike ensures your membership enquiries and applications are handled quickly and effectively. He manages the England Athletics portal for the club. Job Description

Suzy Hill - Run Leader Coordinator (Tenure 23/25)
Suzy organises the run leaders so everyone can join our Tuesday and Sunday runs. She also coordinates the Track Sessions.

Committee
The Committee members are here to answer any questions you have and offer support and guidance if they can. Please take time to read the descriptions of their roles below before contacting them.
Anyone putting themselves forward for a Committee position must appreciate that there will be evening meetings to attend and additional work to complete between meetings. It is expected that the Committee will meet monthly as far as possible. Applicants must be prepared to make time available to ensure that they are able to fulfil their duties. Please note that, in accordance with the Club Constitution, Committee members are elected for a term of two years.
There will be appropriate handover with the current Committee members for all newly elected members.
For all positions, the following expectations apply:
Commitment to preparing for and attending meetings
A good understanding of Chorlton Runners and the Club’s ethos, and familiarity with the Club’s Constitution
Willingness to ask questions and speak in public
Willingness to adhere to the majority decision
Willingness to support fellow committee members and runners
Willingness to act as an advocate for the Club
Willingness to attend external meetings with running/athletics bodies
Ability to delegate responsibilities to a small team who will assist with Club duties where appropriate under the Committee officer’s leadership
