Come and Join Us At The Latest Xtra Mile Mind Body Soul Connextions Expert Talk With Lisa Wright - Menopause The Wright Way.

We’re delighted to be joined by Lisa Wright MSc who is an expert and trainer on all things menopause and a triathlete so understands the athlete side too. 

She’ll be hosting the session and talking through all aspects of what’s going on for women during perimenopause and menopause and how you can manage it.

She’s going to spend a good deal of time talking through the right exercises and nutrition for women at this time.

It’s open to everyone (not just women in their 40s and 50s) as we all need to understand what’s happening.

There’s going to be plenty of time for lots of questions after the talk.
