Treasurer

• Keep an overview of the finances of the Club.

• Report to Committee meetings on the Club’s financial position, including monthly summary accounts and forecasting.

• Arrange for the accounts to be independently audited prior to the AGM.

• Ensure that the Club has the right financial policies and procedures in place.

• Take responsibility for controlling and monitoring financial policies of the Club.

• Assist with fundraising events.

• Organise collection of race fees and social payments.

• Make payments to suppliers and reimburse members.

• Chair meetings if the Chair and Deputy Chair are absent.

Seb Bate is the current treasurer and his term ends in June 2024
