Volunteer Coordinator

• Take responsibility for coordinating volunteers for various events and initiatives.  This does not include run leading coordination.

• Maintain a list of Chorlton Runners volunteers, detailing their preferred volunteer roles, so that the Club has a pool of resources to support various events.  These events would include races (e.g., cross country, Manchester marathon/half marathon, Manchester 10k), CR events (e.g., Chorlton Classic) and other events for which the Club needs volunteers.

• Deputise for Run Leader Coordinator.

• Liaise with the Social Secretary in relation to social events and helping to enlist volunteers.

• Assemble, manage and, motivate a small team of assistants as required.
